Hermit crabs find a house to live in, and it suits them well enough for the time being, but at some point the walls of their shell become too snug for comfort. It might be easier to stay in that state, but if they don't take the effort to find a more accommodating situation, they will soon be squeezed to death by their own home.
Likewise in entrepreneurship, and business owner that is working 16 hours a day has outgrowth his shell and must find a different and bigger one to accommodate the growth of the business and position for scalability. Otherwise they will burn out and the business will collapse and die.
